Sloane Realty was founded in 1955 to serve the residents and vacationers of Ocean Isle Beach and the surrounding South Brunswick Islands. It has remained family owned for and operated for over 50 years, with the goal to serve the clients and customers in a warm, friendly spirit common among the members of the family.
The New Homes Division was begun in 2001 to provide comprehensive marketing and sales solutions to new home builders and developers. George "Tripp" Sloane III saw the need for this service to be offered in the market. We work with our Developer/Builders throughout the planning, design, development marketing and sales process to help the communities to become neighborhoods. We represent many of the most desirable communities in the area.
