Professional Training
Sloane Realty has a professional trainer who provides specialized training to all the sales staff. We also require that all on-site sales agents complete the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) course, and other related courses through the local HBA and the Board of Realtors. Those sales agents who qualify also attend the National Home Builders Association convention every winter to continue learning from the best in the industry.
